Non-alcoholic wine is real wine made from wine grapes that undergoes a full traditional winemaking process — fermentation, ageing, blending — and is then gently dealcoholized to remove the alcohol while preserving the aroma, body, and character of the original wine. It is not grape juice. A glass contains only 15–19 calories, up to 80% less than regular wine.

We serve wines from Kolonne Null and their sub-brand Studio Italiano — the category leaders in premium dealcoholized wines, established in Berlin in 2018. Their wines are developed in co-production with award-winning family wineries across Europe and are served in Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide. Our selection includes Cuvée Blanc No.01 Sparkling, Spumante Studio Italiano, and Rosé Sparkling.

Kolonne Null uses gentle vacuum distillation at temperatures around 30°C — much lower than traditional distillation. This is immediately followed by aroma recovery to capture the natural wine aromas. Only particularly aromatic vintage wines of the highest quality are selected for the process. No artificial flavors, colors, or additives are used.
